ZH Doctors Cleveland is a family-focused general practice on Middle Street, part of ZH Doctors Network — a group of GP clinics across the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane that share the same commitment to quality and safety.

Our Vision is to develop this Practice to encompass a wide range of health services under the one roof including general practitioners, allied health and when possible specialists and alternative health practitioners, with a strong focus on health promotion and disease prevention.

Patient Information
New Patients
All new patients are welcome. Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete a registration form, and bring your Medicare card, any concession card and a list of current medications.
Appointments
Book online any time or call reception on 07 2142 4233. Please let us know if you need a longer appointment, for example for a care plan, procedure or several issues. Appointments must be attended by the patient they are booked for.
Urgent Medical Attention
If you are unwell and need to be seen urgently, call reception and we will do our best to fit you in. In an emergency, call 000.
Test Results
Your doctor reviews all results, and we will contact you if a result needs follow-up.
Repeat Scripts & Referrals
Repeat prescriptions and referrals require a consultation so your doctor can review your care.
Your Privacy
Your health information is kept confidential and secure in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. Ask reception for a copy of our privacy policy.
Interpreter Services
Our team speaks English, Hindi and Urdu. Free interpreters are also available through TIS National (131 450) — let us know when booking.
