Dr Van Nguyen
General Practitioner · Skin Cancer DoctorDr Van graduated from the University of Queensland in 1993 and spent eight years as a surgical registrar in the Queensland public hospital system, across general, vascular, ENT, cardiothoracic, orthopaedic and plastic surgery and urology. He has also worked for more than 10 years as a Medical Officer in private emergency departments.
He has practised skin cancer medicine since 2003, using digital dermoscopy and DermEngine for lesion mapping, tracking and total body photography.

MBBS, FRACGP · Practice PrincipalDr Zia is an experienced GP with a broad background across emergency, general medicine and surgical settings. He cares for patients of all ages and cultural backgrounds, with expertise in chronic disease and diabetes, women’s health including antenatal and postnatal care, men’s and sexual health, family planning, children’s health and immunisations, and mental health for children and adults.
He also provides travel health advice, newborn and geriatric care, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health checks. He has postgraduate training in skin cancer and aesthetic medicine.
